SmileBrite offers three whitening procedure choices. All three have differences that are designed to satisfy your need. Each procedure differs by application, clinic time and treatment cost. An explanation of each is detailed below so that you may easily choose which procedure suits you.

Take home kit

This procedure involves one clinic visit and in-home applications for about 7-14 days.  This procedure suits the person who is diligent at performing the gel application at home and knows they will complete the routine. This process will deliver approximately a 5-7 times shade improvement over the 7-14 days of the procedure. This can then followed by a further visit to the clinic to determine optimal whiteness has been achieved and whether further whitening is required.

This procedure involves:

·    A comprehensive dental clean A set of dental impressions of your teeth for the whitening trays

·    A take home kit with sufficient whitening gel to compete the 7-14 day treatment

·    A return visit to the clinic to review progress to optimal whiteness (this is not compulsory to attend,  it personal preference)

Light activated tooth whitening

This technology is specifically designed for people who want immediate improvement in the brightness of their teeth. This procedure takes about an hour of clinic time and is very attractive to busy people or an individual who knows they would not be consistent with an in-home application procedure. This process will deliver approximately a 5 times shade improvement immediately.

This procedure involves:

·    A comprehensive dental clean

·    Sensitivity checks

·   Full application of the gel and constant supervision by a professional during the light activated sequence, which is used to accelerate the cleaning process.

Light activated tooth whitening optimal treatment

This technology and process is specifically designed for people who want the absolute optimal whitening available for their teeth and who want it immediately. This process takes about an hour and half of clinic time and involves a hygienist and a dental assistant. It also will require periodic, in-home applications of a short duration to maintain the level of whiteness. This process delivers up to 8 times shade improvement immediately, and sometimes more.

·    Full application of the gel and the light activated treatment process is completed under supervision

·    A set of impressions of your teeth is taken and trays constructed to suit your teeth and mouth

·    The trays together with a home kit is provided with immediate results.

This method involves in-clinic time of between 1 to 1.5 hours and offers the latest most advanced state-of-the-art technology to whiten teeth. We thoroughly clean your teeth, then place a special cover over your gums to protect the delicate tissue. Then a special mix of whitening gel is painted onto your teeth, and the light system switched on. After approximately 30 to 60 minutes, you can have whiter, brighter teeth.
